Hudock Moyer Advantages
We are selective in establishing new client relationships so that we can focus our attention and resources on clients without compromising the quality of our services. We have four criteria that we evaluate along with the potential client to determine if we’re a good fit for each other.
- We have mutual respect for one another and will actually enjoy working together.
- We all believe that Hudock Moyer Wealth Resources can add value to the client’s situation.
- The Potential Client is willing to follow our advice.
- Our preferred investable assets are a minimum of $1,000,000.
From the moment you walk through our doors the pampering begins. You are greeted by Jane Hawkins, our “Coordinator of First and Lasting Impressions.” We find it imperative that you feel comfortable immediately upon your arrival. Which can only lead to our next point . . .
Trust. Pure and simple. We promise to do what is in your best interest. We will spend as much or as little time as needed in order to reach a level of mutual trust. So when you leave our offices you know we are doing everything we can to help meet and exceed the goals set forth.
Accountability is very important to us as well. You can rest assured that we will do what we say we will do and we expect that same commitment to your success from you.
Communication - too much is better than not enough. We establish a level of communication appropriate for you. For most clients, we are in touch with you at least every 90 days. We have at least semi-annual and, again when appropriate, quarterly review meetings to monitor and recommend any changes.
Investment Plan – we find that starting most relationships successfully with a personal investment plan helps us establish and prioritize your values and goals.
Investment Strategies are essential to a well-balanced portfolio. They allow us to take the emotional issues largely out of the dialog and focus on, “Okay, exactly what do we need to do now?” Rebalancing regularly is an integral part of our Investment Policy. As investment professionals, we need to have an ongoing search for outstanding money managers at all times in order to help enhance our clients’ portfolios while holding the managers we use to strict guidelines.
Because of the high level of service and expertise we strive to provide, we limit the number of client relationships for each Relationship Management Team. This allows you, the client, to have a personal relationship with a team of professionals who personally know you and your situation well.
Integrity is an obvious and vital part of the development of our practice. The commitment to do what is right for you, sometimes at the expense of our own profitability, is the necessary foundation for the kind of trust that brings about lasting relationships. No matter which team member you contact, the message and the mission will be the same. We are not a non-profit, and are entitled to make a living for the value we provide, but, while greed may be a large factor in what drives markets, it cannot be a factor in what builds a viable financial services firm or a client relationship. We adhere to the philosophy that doing the right thing that is in the best interest of our clients at all times, profitability will take care of itself via client satisfaction and referrals.
At Hudock Moyer Wealth Resources, continuing education is essential to creating excellence. We are members of many professional organizations and attend conferences and courses continually to improve our knowledge so we can better serve you.
Community Involvement – we are committed to giving back and to being a major asset to our community.
Our mission is to partner with clients to establish and achieve financial goals through objective planning and management of investment assets. Our purpose is to help build, manage and preserve clients’ wealth. We put our clients’ interests first and strive for excellence in every facet of our practice. Our success is measured by our clients’ success in achieving their goals, not by performance statistics alone.
